where to eat this weekend
Llama Inn, 50 Withers St, Williamsburg.
i literally stumbled into this charming little terrarium under the BQE last sunday seeking sustenance and ended up… well, mocking it a bit while i sat at the bar with a friend. we had just come from pete’s candy store’s open mic and before that night of joy’s backroom and before that extra fancy’s brunch
and after all of that moved on to lake st, so to put it lightly, i wasn’t in the mood for fancy fanfare or to be told every seat in the house was either reserved or was a barstool that wasn’t meant for sitting. at the bar. HOWEVER, goddamn the food and cocktails were good. and the decor was- well, it was cool man. i was giggly and drunk, but i appreciated every bit of it and plan to go back for the goat neck this weekend, less tipsy and more appreciative. join me?
